The Protocol
A nine-month one-to-one mentoring engagement for senior operators ready to commit nine months to the work. Twenty-six sessions over nine months — weekly during months one through three, bi-weekly through month nine. Three sessions are ninety minutes: the intake and baseline, the mid-engagement check at week eighteen, and the handover at week thirty-nine.
What's included
Twenty-six one-to-one sessions over nine months. Personalized protocol design and ongoing calibration. A private client portal containing your daily BOLT and state log, breath practice tracking, journal prompts, a shared video and audio library, and the session-prep document you fill before each session. Curated reading from the philosophical frame. Email access between sessions for short check-ins, with a forty-eight-hour business-day response. Periodic Loom video messages when your data signals a moment that warrants between-session attention. A formal handover document at the end of the engagement, co-written in the final session and yours to keep.
What's not included
Group calls. A community Slack. A generic content library. A certification at the end. Any deliverable that signals wellness instead of operational seriousness. None of these are accidents. They are removed because they would dilute the work.
What the engagement is not
This is not therapy. It is not executive coaching. It is not a wellness program. It is not biohacking. It is not a guru relationship. It is not foreign or exotic. It is applied physiology for senior decision-makers, layered with a tested philosophical frame, structured as a measurable nine-month arc.
How to engage
The path is short. Submit the application — twelve questions, about twenty minutes. If it's a fit, I'll send a calendar link for a forty-five-minute discovery call. After the call you have up to fourteen days to decide. If we engage, the first session is scheduled within two weeks.
I take a small number of clients. The cohort is capped — Year 1, eight active; Year 2, fifteen.
Fees are discussed in the discovery call. The reason for the order: the conversation about fit should come before the conversation about price.
